The Helpdesk provides support to all identified authorised stakeholders, which include the National Gambling Board, Provincial Licensing Authorities, Route Operators and Manufacturers. The Helpdesk is available 24/7.

Bureau Services

The provision of a Bureau Services is available for the management and control of Independent Site Operators.
