Helpdesk
24/7 Helpdesk and technical support servicing our key stakeholders (National Gambling Board, PLAs, ROs, ISOs and LPM Manufacturers) with a customer satisfaction rate exceeding 95%
Maintenance and Support Services
The provision of maintenance and support services are available to our customers by qualified NCEMS technicians and specialists.
Data Collection
Site data collection is performed with multiple checks are carried out to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
Cashless
A value-added service feature of the Evolution NCEMS is ‘Player Tracking’ with a card-based cashless system which is available as an option to clients.
The cashless module leverages the Player Tracking Unit (PTU), which features a Smart Card reader and a touch screen display.
An on-site cashier PC allows credit to be loaded onto and removed from player cards. All player transactions and balances are immediately backed up in the cloud.
*Cashless functionality can be added without losing the ability to accept notes.
Bureau Services
Bureau Services are offered and available to Independent Site Operators, providing assistance in relation to their gambling operations.
Training
