Who We Are
Route Monitoring was established in 2016 to propose a National Central Electronic Monitoring System (NCEMS) to the National Gambling Board. The NCEMS monitors Limited Pay-out Machines (LPMs) and provides accurate reporting of Gross Gaming Revenue to enable government to determine taxation and fair play within the LPM gambling industry.
Route Monitoring has been the successful incumbent NCEMS Operator in South Africa since 2017.
Route Monitoring holds a B-BBEE Level 2 status and consists of approximately 40 staff members. Our staff is highly skilled and experienced, with technical specialists, trained helpdesk agents, qualified workshop staff and technicians, managerial staff with unique experience in the niche field of the NCEMS, and Executive Management with decades of experience in the gambling industry.
