Route Monitoring remains committed to empowerment and transformation as demonstrated by its Level 2 B-BBEE contributor status and its 44.15% black-women ownership.

Ownership and management control rests fully with Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (“HDIs”). Employment Equity is ensured by 90% of Executive Management being HDIs.
RM is passionate about skills development and skills transfer. We believe that the success of an organization can be measured by the success of its team. Whilst the existing team are encouraged to continuously improve their personal skills levels, there is also a focus on the sponsoring of learnership programmes to people who have been historically disadvantaged. It is our goal to shape the careers of aspiring interns by providing them with guidance relating to the workplace and the gambling industry as a whole. These learnership programmes specifically target information technology, engineering, and compliance.
It has become an international trend for companies to outsource their manufacturing to countries such as China to remain competitive. We are extremely proud of the fact that we are able to manufacture high-quality system hardware, such as the Site Data Logger, in South Africa, while remaining extremely competitive.
